At Matthew Breton Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at mattbretonshoes@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip).
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective item, etc.).
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions for returning your item.
Return Conditions
Please note:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging, including the shoebox.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale or clearance items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for future purchases.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
